A true enigma of the sneaker industry, Suicoke operates namelessly with the intention of keeping their audience’s focus on product rather than individual image. Hailing from Japan, Suicoke has worked at bringing fashion sandal trends to other countries, and done so to a tremendous degree. The label is responsible for almost single-handedly putting a pair of sandals in every sneakerhead’s rotation, as their signature “Moto” and “Kisee-V” styles create unique tactical silhouettes while cradling the wearer using Vibram sole footbeds. Unsurprisingly, other brands have taken note of their fashion-forward design and production, demonstrated in collaborations with NEIGHBORHOOD, Stussy, and Wacko Maria.
