What does it mean when a lint brush becomes your symbol of excellence? When every aspect of delivering exceptional customer service and striving to become a high-caliber retail experience is about the simple act of using a lint brush to clean the soles of shoes? This is LIKELIHOOD in a nutshell. Instead of a quest to be the biggest retailer, with the most brands and the most stores, for us it’s about keeping it small, personal, down to a smile, a “welcome.” The so-called “details of retail” that we hone, perfect, are the ingredients that create the craft, artistry, the elegance and the joy of the experience in the store, in a delivery box, and in every interaction. Truth is, though, when you get to know us as people, making it special is not only what we care about, but deep down, we couldn’t imagine creating a retail store in any other way.
