On Friday, August 30th, LIKELIHOOD held a community event showcasing custom sneakers and artwork from Seattle artists; Ant Kai, Hoa, Antqdo, and Andu–who have cultivated a following of sneaker, fashion, and music enthusiasts worldwide through their differing mediums.
LIKELIHOOD’s South Lake Union store opened their doors to the sneaker community for a chance to experience the first-of-its-kind showcase of exclusive art pieces from these Seattle artists.
Ranging from exclusive Balmain x Ant Kai footwear, to meticulously painted murals of pop cultures trailblazing athletes and musicians–it was a sold-out event that brought together over 100 people to celebrate local artistry.
Along with the museum-style experience, the LIKELIHOOD team and artists supported local organizations by supporting fundraisers to provide Seattle youth with new shoes. A shoe drive for the Rainier Beach Community Center in partnership with Kicks4kids, a program led by Seahawks mascot, BLITZ, was held during the event.
The event brought together local artists, designers, and fashion enthusiasts to celebrate creativity and contribute to youth empowerment.
